In the event that you decide to return an ordered item, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of goods, together with your invoice number, explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return or refund. If your request meets the following conditions for acceptance, we will then issue a returns code, which must be marked on the returned parcel. The returned items should be sent to our office by pay-collect.
• We sent a wrong item to you; or
• The item has a quality issue; AND
• The item is already damaged upon receipt.
Replacement orders will be dispatched to you, free of charge, within 7 business days upon receipt of returned goods in mint condition by our office. Replacement items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. We can only replace an item for the same item in the same color and size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any replacements for a completely different item.
• The item is used; or
• Any piece of the Packaging is broken; or
• The item has been damaged in your possession; or
• The item is not returned within 7 days upon our acceptance for return; or
• The item is returned without a returns code.
flagwigs.com.com does not accept returns caused by customer's personal reasons, for all wigs are made-to-order, even for the standard size. It is impossible for us to resell again due to hygienic reasons.
* Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise. We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
